RMS Consulting

RMS Consulting and Learn Skills partner to launch RMS Consulting

RMS Consulting has decided to partner with Learn Skills and establish RMS Consulting (training.rmsconsulting.ie) to deliver quality training to the Irish market. RMS Consulting will deliver affordable online training that can be accessed anytime, anywhere over the Internet and all courses are fully certificied to national or professional standards.

Both companies have decided to collaborate to develop and offer both Irish and global markets the most comprehensive range of skills-based and compliance-based training available. All training shall be delivered through blended learning that maximises the benefits that can be achieved by combining on-line training or e-learning with workplace familiarisation exercises and workshops.

One of the biggest challenges in implementing training within organisations is the scheduling of training and the costs associated with training. RMS Consulting accommodates individual styles of working and learning, allowing learners to access and review the training they need at times convenient to them. This selfdirected approach puts people in control of their learning. This equality of access by all involved in the training is one of the important and appealing aspects of RMS Consulting courses. And unlike face-to-face training, this training is delivered consistently from user to user and from course to course.

“This partnership shows what can grow from a recession. By combining our expertise in providing tailor-made, affordable face-to-face training with the technology expertise of Learn Skills, the opportunities for growth are undeniable and this is a very exciting time for both companies” according to Sean Griffin, Director at Learn Skills “and RMS Consulting addresses many of the concerns facing industry in Ireland today, by providing affordable training delivered in a flexible manner with consistent skills development and assessment of employees. RMS Consulting will present solutions to the problems we currently face in up-skilling the Irish workforce. ”
