Do You Assist In Security License Applications For The Security Industry?

RMS Consulting is a training company that specialises in the provision of cost-effective, quality training for the Security Industry. Where Regulation is in force, training forms the basis of any License Application. You should check your license requirements to ensure our RMS Consulting course addresses your national application process.

We do not offer assistance in License Applications. Successful completion of an approved RMS Consulting course doesn't guarantee you will receive a license to work within the Security Industry. You should check the licensing requirements of your Country to ensure that you are eligible to receive a license to work within the Security Industry.

   

Do You Build Courses For Companies?

RMS Consulting can design, develop and deliver online course materials to address your training needs and within the scope of your existing/diminishing training budget. If you have a particular course in mind, Contact Us today to discuss the options associated with such a project.

   

Do You Offer Bulk Discounts?

We are prepared to offer Bulk Discounts for organisations that wish to commit to using RMS Consulting Courses for training.

How Can I Purchase One Of The RMS Consulting Courses?

All RMS Consulting Courses can be accessed through training.rmsconsulting.ie. You need to Register with us first to access the courses we offer.

To Register with us you need to go to training.rmsconsulting.ie and click on the “Register” button. You will need to fill in the online registration form and then confirm your registration by clicking on the link to the Confirmation Email. There are no costs associated with registering with RMS Consulting.

Once you have confirmed your registration, you will need to Login to purchase a course. To purchase a course, simply login and click on the course title that you require. This will take you to the course start page and you can purchase the course by clicking on the “Purchase Course” button on the bottom of the page.

   

I Have Not Received My Confirmation Email. What Can I Do?

If you have not received your Confirmation Email and thus cannot confirm your Registration, please check your Spam Folder. If the Confirmation Email still does not appear here then email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your details so that we can assist you and Confirm Your Registration so that you can Login and access our RMS Consulting Training Platform.

   

Is Your Training Only Available In English?

Our current target market is English speaking and focused on Countries where English features strongly. We have no plans to translate our materials.

If you would like to assist in translating some of our materials into other languages in return for a revenue share from the translated courses, then Contact Us for details of how we can facilitate this.

   

What About Certification?

The costs of Certification are included for the course offered through RMS Consulting. With this in mind, RMS Consulting presents a very cost effective solution for training.

Where possible RMS Consulting aims to offer nationally recognised Certification like City & Guilds, ILM and Fetac.

Where no formal Certification is available, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from RMS Consulting. Details of the Certification available can be found on the course start pages. If this is unavailable then contact us direct for confirmation.

   

What Can I Do If I Forget My Username Or Password?

If you have forgotten your Username or Password we can assist you and reset this for you.

All you need do is click the “Lost Password?” link and either input your Username or Email Address and follow the instruction that will be emailed to you. This will allow you to reset your Password so please choose a Password that is made up of a combination of letter, numbers and symbols, e.g. your initials, mobile/date of birth, followed by a question mark (?).

   

What If I Do Not Find The Course I Am Looking For?

We are always developing new courses and materials for our registered users. You should always pop by and check the latest courses released on RMS Consulting.

If you have a particular training need you can Contact Us and check if this course is in our Course Development Calender. If you are Registered with us, you can also log your interest in a particular Course and we will let you know when that course is available on RMS Consulting.

   

What Payment Options Do I Have For RMS Consulting?

RMS Consulting offers flexible payment options.

If you are an individual that wishes to purchase a course you can pay for this course online using your Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal Account. We DO NOT accept cash, put should you wish to pay by cheque, please contact us so that we can get the necessary details from you and ensure that this is credited to your account.

If you are a Company looking to train employees, we can accept payment on receipt of invoice within 15 days. If you require other payment options, please contact us directly to discuss.

   

When Are You Running Your Next Course On RMS Consulting?

All of the courses delivered by RMS Consulting are either 100% online or else blended where a certain element of the training/assessments are delivered in a classroom setting and most of the training is delivered online through the RMS Consulting training platform (training.rmsconsulting.ie).

You can access our training 24/7, Monday through to Sunday, 365 days of the year. All you will need is a computer with Internet access and you can start one of our courses whenever you want or need to complete the relevant training on offer through RMS Consulting.

Why Do I Need A Valid Email Address?

When Registering with RMS Consulting it is essential that you use a valid email address. This is essential for a number of reasons:

  1. Our Confirmation Email shall be sent to this address. The link on this email needs to be clicked to confirm that you wish to register your details with us and agree to our Terms & Conditions. If you do not provide a valid, current email address you will not be able to confirm your registration and therefore you cannot purchase a course from us.
  2. If you have forgotten your password and need to reset your password, these instructions are emailed to you automatically. If you do not provide a valid, current email address you will not be able to reset your password and therefore must contact us by phone for assistance. It is better for this process to be automated and a valid email address is essential here.
  3. If you require our assistance it is best if you email us or m essage us through RMS Consulting. If you do not provide us with a valid email address we will not be able to respond to your query or support request and you will need to call us directly for assistance.
